In the mid 2000’s, Cirro’s Founder Nick, was a senior finance executive who undertook an ARCS implementation in a large scale business. The project was stressful, a huge time drain with it ultimately running over time and budget.

One of the keys reasons for this was the technical language breakdown of finance people talking to non-finance implementers.

So Cirro Collective, previously Motive Solutions, was born in 2015 with the simple premise of being EPM delivered by accountants.
